SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

2. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

3. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER

We currently only offer sales with the UK, however please contact us to order a special delivery if you live outside the UK.

HOW LONG FOR DELIVERY AND COST

At the moment we only offer STANDARD DELIVERY (£15 via Parcelforce) within the UK (14-21 days from the moment payment has been processed).

INSURANCE:

DAISY DARCHE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

UK: FREE

By Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is an insured and traceable service and a signature will be required on delivery of your parcel.

Europe: £25 shipping fee applies.

We will confirm when the parcel will arrive in an email prior to dispatch. This is an insured and traceable service. A signature will be required on delivery of your parcel and you may be required to supply ID for customs clearance purposes such as your tax code or social security number. Any Customs import duty charges or brokerage fees assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient

Worldwide: £35 shipping fee applies. 

Your parcel should arrive within 5-7 working days from the dispatch date (subject to customs clearance if outside the EU). This is an insured and traceable service. A signature will be required on delivery of your parcel and you may be required to supply ID for customs clearance purposes such as your tax code or social security number. Any Customs or import duty charges assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

If for any reason there is likely to be a delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed there is a 6 hour grace period whereby you may cancel your order. To do so you need to email DD@daisydarche.com, and include in the subject: “cancel order *your order number*”. After the grace period your order will be processed and dispatched, please refer to the “REFUNDS” section.

REFUNDS

All orders can be refunded unless specified otherwise in the description of the item.

BEFORE SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK, you must write to us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER and we will let you know where to send the goods back. Please email DD@daisydarche.com and include in the subject: “refund order *your order number*”.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at DAISY DARCHE, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging otherwise we will not be able to issue a Refund.

We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Your return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving our email confirming the return of your garment, after this period your return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: You are only eligible for a Refund if you email us to notify us of a return of the goods and comply with the information above. Please do not return any goods without notifying us via email, any good returned to us without explicit written authorisation will not be refunded.


EXCHANGES

Any item can be exchanged for another item of the exact same value as the one originally purchased or for the same item of a different size (subject to availability). To exchange the item for another of different value, you must return the item, obtain a refund and purchase the other item separately. (please refer to the Refunds section)

All Exchanges must be notified via email to DD@daisydarche.com

BEFORE SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK, you must write to us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER and notify us via email. Please email DD@daisydarche.com and include in the subject: “Exchange order *your order number*”, and in the main body of the email which item you wish to exchange and the item (including size you wish to exchange it for). We will then confirm whether the item you request is in stock, if not then we will notify you so that you may chose to Return your item for a full refund. (please see the Refund section)

RECEIVING A REFUND:

Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card. Refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, this can vary between card issuers and we are unfortunately unable to influence this.
