ABOUT THE SHOP:

All items for sale on DAISYDARCHE.COM are designed by DAISY DARCHE unless stated otherwise.

DAISY DARCHE aims to create beautiful timeless pieces worn by women of all sizes and ages. We work closely with our customers to ensure our brand evolves in the right direction.

Our printed garments are predominantly 100% silk: silk satin, crepe de chine, silk jersey, silk georgette and now high quality polyesters. We use plain viscose jersey, textured leathers, wools, and cashmeres to complement our collection.

To ensure that our garments are of the highest quality we have in-house sampling, production and digital printing - our design studio is based in London, and we produce our garments in London as well as in our factories in the EU. DAISY DARCHE believes in creating beautiful, high quality garments for you to enjoy.


ORDERS

For your security orders can only be shipped to your billing address. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.


SIZING

Sizing of all DAISY DARCHE are garments are available in Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L) and Extra Large (XL), and are based on the sizing chart below.

All items in our shop are photographed on a model size S (UK 10) and our mannequin size S (UK 10).
* XL is a size 16, however some items in XL can fit a size 16-20.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
2. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
3. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.


WHERE DO WE DELIVER

We currently only offer sales with the UK, however please contact us to order a special delivery if you live outside the UK.


HOW LONG FOR DELIVERY AND COST

At the moment we only offer STANDARD DELIVERY (£15 via Parcelforce) within the UK (14-21 days from the moment payment has been processed).


INSURANCE:

DAISY DARCHE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.


TAXES OUTSIDE UK

Any Customs import duty charges or brokerage fees assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, American Express, Delta, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro. Alternatively you can choose to pay via your Paypal account.

All transactions on this website are currently processed by Paypal, a secure online payment. For more information please refer your questions to www.paypal.com.



REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed there is a 24 hour grace period whereby you may cancel your order. To do so you need to email DD@daisydarche.com, and include in the subject: “cancel order *your order number*”. After the grace period your order will be processed and dispatched, please refer to the “REFUNDS” section.


REFUNDS

All orders can be refunded unless specified otherwise in the description of the item.

BEFORE SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK, you must write to us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER and obtain an RAN** number from us via email. Please email DD@daisydarche.com and include in the subject: “refund order *your order number*”. When you refund your order please complete the Refunds and Exchanges form provided with your order, if one isn’t provided please let us
know and we will send one via email.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at DAISY DARCHE, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging otherwise we will not be able to issue a Refund.

We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of issuing the RAN number.

Your return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RAN number, after this period the number will be deemed void and your return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: You are only eligible for a Refund if you obtain the RAN number and comply with the information above.

EXCHANGES

Any item can be exchanged for another item of the exact same value as the one originally purchased or for the same item of a different size (subject to availability). To exchange the item for another of different value, you must return the item, obtain a refund and purchase the other item separately. (please refer to the Refunds section)

All Exchanges must obtain an EAN*** number before shipment.

BEFORE SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK, you must write to us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER and obtain an EAN number from us via email. Please email DD@daisydarche.com and include in the subject: “Exchange order *your order number*”, and in the main body of the email which item you wish to exchange and the item (including size you wish to exchange it for). We will then issue you with an EAN number if the item you request is in stock, if not then we will issue you with an RAN number so that you may chose to Return your item for a full refund. (please see the Refund section)

When you return your order please complete the Refunds and Exchanges form provided with your order, if one isn’t provided please let us know and we will send one via email.

We will dispatch your new order within 5-14 days of issuing the EAN number.

Your return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the EAN number, after this period the number will be deemed void and your return will not be accepted.

RECEIVING A REFUND:

Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card. Refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, this can vary between card issuers and we are unfortunately unable to influence this.


QUALITY CONTROL:

DAISY DARCHE is proud to produce high quality garments of excellent standard– all MADE IN ENGLAND, we use professionally trained seamstresses and run a tight operation to ensure that you are satisfied with your garments.

All items are quality controlled and checked for faults throughout production and at the point of shipment. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please return all items in the same shipment to avoid confusion or delay in processing the exchange and/or refund.

Items should be returned in their originally packaging to protect them during transit.

We prefer that the items are returned to us insured so that they are protected and insured during transit.



OUR POLICY:

All items should be returned new, unworn, and with the DAISY DARCHE and/or designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or altered in any way may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.


FAULTY GOODS

Goods are deemed classified as faulty if they are received faulty. Please note that items that are damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on DAISYDARCHE.COM. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
